PokeSurvivor takes the Vampire Survivors formula and fills it with Pokemon. You do not press an attack button at all - you steer your partner around the arena while it fires its active move automatically, and everything else is positioning, build-craft and nerve as the hordes thicken. It is an ambitious fan project (built by solo developer JPTER78, with sprites from the PMD SpriteCollab and data from PokeAPI) and unofficial, non-profit fan work - and it plays surprisingly deep for a browser tab.
Defeated Pokemon drop experience, and every level-up offers a choice of three cards - new moves or upgrades - with one free reroll per run. Your partner holds four moves at once and you swap the active one on the fly, which matters enormously because the type chart works both ways: super-effective hits deal 1.6 times damage while resisted ones drop to 0.6, and weather shifts the math further (rain buffs Water and dampens Fire, snow empowers Ice). Push a move to level five and take its upgrade card and it evolves into something stronger - dozens of moves have golden evolved forms waiting.
Never leave a zero-damage move like Harden selected - your partner simply stops fighting. Kite swarms in wide circles so they string out behind you, drag pursuers through lava, and put trees and walls between you and projectile enemies. Get one move to its evolved form early; a single golden card transforms a run. And treat the type chart as your steering wheel - swapping moves to counter whatever is in front of you is worth more than any single upgrade.
WASD or arrows to move, 1-4 to pick the active move, number keys for level-up cards, R to reroll - and on phones it plays landscape with drag-to-move and tap-to-switch. Up to four players can co-op with shared XP and buddy revives. As a fan game it is naturally tribute rather than official Nintendo product - but as a free browser survivors-like it is one of the most complete packages on Parasprunki.
